Scripture:  “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.”  Zephaniah 3:17 ESV

As I continue my Lenten time of devotion and prayer, I reflect on The Power of God’s Love.  This verse paints a breathtaking picture of a God who is not distant or indifferent, but present, powerful, and profoundly personal. He is in our midst—not just watching over us, but rejoicing over us. His love doesn’t just offer comfort; it brings transformation. The Power of Your Love” by Hillsong, lyrics draw you into God’s power to , shape us, and carry us through the rest of this Lenten season. Reflection renews and calms our anxious hearts, wipes away shame, and draws us into the melody of God’s grace. Lent is a sacred journey, a time of surrender, repentance, and renewal. And in the quiet moments of reflection, one truth continues to echo: God’s love changes everything.  Bottom line: God delights in you. His love is not passive, it saves, restores, and sings. His love offers hope when we feel lost, forgiveness when we feel unworthy, and belonging when we feel alone.  God’s love is not just something to feel, it’s something to trust. Rest in it. Be quieted by it. And then, rise empowered by it.
