This Scripture is the foundation of who I am. I live, lead, and love by staying connected to Christ, the true Vine. Everything I do flows from that abiding relationship.

I am Pastor Monica Jefferson—deeply rooted in the Word, joyfully Spirit-led, and passionately called to help others become who God created them to be. Though I’ve retired from 31 years of active pastoral ministry in The United Methodist Church, I have not retired from God’s call. My journey continues in bold faith as I serve as a mentor, spiritual coach, and teacher, still pouring, still guiding, and still proclaiming the goodness of God.

At my core, I am a builder, of people, platforms, and possibilities. Whether through my podcast Just A Thought, my devotional series, or my leadership coaching, I invite others to reflect deeply, live faithfully, and act boldly. I help others listen to the Holy Spirit, speak life with authority, and step into their God-given purpose with clarity and courage.

I am a voice, clear, faithful, and prophetic. I lift up the name of Jesus, call out justice, and remind the world that transformation is possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.

I am a legacy maker, committed to sowing seeds of faith that flourish across generations. My life’s work is a reflection of the One who has never stopped shaping me. I live to honor God, walk in love, and serve with joy.

I believe that we are all God’s workmanship, uniquely designed for good works. That’s why I continue to offer spiritual reflections, Bible-based teachings, and empowering conversations that encourage others to walk boldly in their divine identity.

I am a daughter of the Most High God, redeemed, refined, and released for such a time as this. Staying connected to Jesus Christ is how I bear fruit and fulfill my purpose, and I invite you to do the same.
