Scripture
Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Devotion – Knowing Your Value in God’s Eyes
Today I reflect on the word “Value.” I consider my worth in the eyes of God amidst all of creation. As I observe the birds and how faithfully God cares for them, I am reminded that God will surely care for me as well. Jesus points us to the birds of the air as a living testimony of God’s provision. They do not spend their days consumed with worry, yet God faithfully provides for their needs. If God cares so attentively for the birds, how much more does God care for us, His beloved children? Knowing my “Value” allows me to rest without being consumed by worry. I trust that God is ordering my steps each day and providing exactly what I need. There is deep comfort in recognizing my unique place in God’s creation, redeemed through Jesus Christ and guided daily by the Holy Spirit. Our “Value” is not determined by accomplishments, possessions, titles, or the opinions of others. Our value is established by the God who created us, loves us, and calls us His own. Through Jesus Christ, we have been redeemed and restored into a relationship with God. Through the Holy Spirit, we are continually reminded of God’s presence, guidance, and care. Because God loves and cares for us, we can trust that we are valued, that we are seen, and that our needs will be met according to God’s perfect provision.
Reflection
Today, let us rest in the assurance that we are precious in God’s sight and deeply loved beyond measure.ake a moment today to reflect on where you find your sense of worth. Are you measuring your value by circumstances, achievements, or the approval of others? Or are you resting in the truth that your value comes from being a beloved child of God? Remember: The same God who watches over every bird is watching over you. You are seen. You are loved. You are valued.
Call to Action
🕊️Spend time thanking God for creating you with “Value” and purpose.
🕊️Release any worries and place them in God’s hands.
🕊️Read Matthew 6:25–34 and reflect on God’s faithful provision.
🕊️Encourage someone today by reminding them of their God-given “Value.”
🕊️Trust the Holy Spirit to guide your steps and provide what you need for this day.
Pray
Gracious God, Thank You for reminding me of my value in Your eyes. When I am tempted to worry, help me remember that You faithfully care for all of creation and that I am precious to You. Thank You for redeeming me through Jesus Christ and for the daily guidance of the Holy Spirit. Teach me to trust Your provision, rest in Your promises, and live confidently in the knowledge that I am loved, seen, and valued by You. Help me to reflect Your love to others and encourage them to recognize their worth as Your children. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
