Devotion – Let Love Lead in All You Do
Today, I reflect on the word “Love,” not simply as a feeling, but as a divine command that shapes how I live. Having said yes to being sent into the world in Jesus’ name, I am called to represent Christ in every thought, word, and interaction. As ambassadors of Christ, God’s “Love” must be the foundation of all we do. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can demonstrate God’s love through patience, kindness, compassion, and care for others. In every encounter and decision, may our lives honor God as we intentionally let “Love” lead.

Reflection
“Love” is more than something we feel or express through words; it is a daily commitment to reflect the character of Jesus Christ. Every conversation, decision, and interaction presents an opportunity to demonstrate God’s “Love.” When we allow the Holy Spirit to guide our hearts, “Love” becomes the foundation of our attitudes, actions, and relationships.  Am I allowing God’s “Love” to guide my thoughts, words, and actions, even when circumstances or people challenge my patience and kindness?

Call to Action
💖Choose Love: Begin today by intentionally allowing God’s love to guide you.
💖Demonstrate Love: Show patience, kindness, and understanding your interactions.
💖Reflect Christ: Remember that you are an ambassador of Jesus Christ.
💖Seek the Holy Spirit: Invite the Holy Spirit to guide your responses.
💖Let Love Lead: Make every decision an opportunity to honor God and share God’s “Love” with others.

Pray
Gracious and Loving God, Thank You for the gift of another day and for Your unconditional love revealed through Jesus Christ. Thank You for calling me to be an ambassador of Christ, representing Your love in a world that desperately needs compassion, kindness, and hope.  Lord, help me remember that love is more than a feeling; it is a command to be lived daily. Through the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, shape my thoughts, direct my words, and guide my actions so that everything I do reflects Your love.  When patience is tested, help me respond with kindness. When challenges arise, strengthen me to choose compassion over frustration and understanding over judgment. May my life bring You praise, honor, and glory as I faithfully represent Jesus Christ in every encounter.  In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
