Word For Today – Transformed

Scripture
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”  Romans 12:2 ESV

Devotion – Transformed From the Inside Out
Today, I reflect on the word “Transformed.” I am “Transformed” through God’s Word as I spend time with God each day in reflection, prayer, and devotion. I thank God, in Jesus’ name, for the daily prompting of the Holy Spirit that helps me live a “Transformed” life. As God’s truth replaces our old ways of thinking, God changes us from the inside out. May we surrender our thoughts, ways, and actions to God and allow our minds to be renewed so we can understand, accept, and faithfully walk in God’s “Transformed” good, acceptable, and perfect will.

Reflection
To be “Transformed” begins within. As we allow God’s Word to renew our minds, the Holy Spirit reshapes how we think, respond, and live. What old thought, habit, or attitude is God inviting you to surrender today so that you can become more like Christ?

Call to Action
🙏🏽Read Romans 12:2 slowly and prayerfully today.
🙏🏽Identify one thought or habit that needs to be transformed.
🙏🏽Replace negative or worldly thinking with the truth of God’s Word.
🙏🏽Listen for the prompting of the Holy Spirit before making decisions.
🙏🏽Choose thoughts, words, and actions that are pleasing to God.
🙏🏽Be “Transformed” trust God to continue transforming you from the inside out.

Pray
Gracious God, thank You for this new day and for the transforming power of Your Word. In Jesus’ name, renew my mind and change me from the inside out. Holy Spirit, guide my thoughts, words, choices, and actions so that my life reflects Christ. Help me release old patterns of thinking that do not honor You and replace them with Your truth. Give me spiritual clarity to recognize what is good, acceptable, and pleasing in Your sight. Transform my heart, strengthen my faith, and help me walk faithfully in Your will and Your ways. May the transformation You are doing within me become visible through the way I love, serve, forgive, and live each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
