Happy Friday Fresh Start!

Scripture
“Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock.” Isaiah 26:4 ESV

Welcome to August 1, 2025, a new month and a fresh opportunity to embrace God’s presence in our lives. On this first day of August, let’s boldly acknowledge that God is present and active in every part of our journey, even when we feel broken or uncertain. God’s grace lifts us, God’s power strengthens us, and God’s faithfulness never fails.  Let your trust in God anchor your heart as you step into this new month.

Reflection
As you begin August, consider the areas of your life where trust does not come easily. Are there situations that feel overwhelming or outside your control? Remember: even when we cannot see or understand how God is working, God is still moving. His plans are always good, and He is writing your story with love, wisdom, and purpose.  Take a moment to listen to the Song of the Day: “God Is In The Story” by Katy Nichole. Let its lyrics remind you that God weaves hope and redemption into every chapter of your life, even through the hard seasons.

✔️Trust God deeply today. Surrender your worries and doubts to Him, letting Him guide your words, your actions, and your story.

Pray
Lord God, as we begin this new month, we thank You for being our everlasting rock. We trust that You are present and active, even when we feel unsure or broken. Strengthen our faith so we may surrender every part of our story to You. Author our words and actions today, knowing that Your grace will lift us and Your plans for us are always good. Help us to trust You deeply and to move forward with hope.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
