Happy Friday! Peace Be With You!
“Thankful For A New Day”
Scripture
“And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works”
Hebrews 10:24 ESV.
Devotion
This morning, I invite you to pause and receive the incredible blessing of a new day. Take a deep breath and let gratitude fill your heart—for the gift of life, for God’s presence, and for the promise that, whatever we face today, we do not face it alone. God’s grace is more than enough, supplying us with strength and hope for every moment. Each sunrise is an opportunity to recognize the goodness and faithfulness of our Creator, to open our hearts in hope, and to offer praise for God’s unending love.
Reflection
No matter what today brings—joy, routine, or challenge—God’s divine grace surrounds us. We are called to be mindful of both hardships and blessings, letting gratitude guide our hearts. In every season, God’s grace is our foundation and our song. There is always a reason to give thanks. As Hebrews 10:24 (ESV) reminds us, “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.” When we lean into grace, we find the resilience to encourage each other, to seek peace, and to let our lives reflect God’s unchanging love.
Call to Action
💡Begin today with a word of gratitude—thank God for the very breath of life.
💡Encourage at least one person with a word of hope or a simple act of love.
💡Be a visible testimony of God’s grace by choosing joy, peace, and faith today.
Pray
Gracious God, Thank You for the precious gift of life and Your steadfast presence in every moment. As we step into this new day, fill our hearts with gratitude
and open our eyes to Your blessings. Strengthen us when we face challenges, inspire us to encourage and uplift one another, and help us to reflect
Your love in all we do. May the song “One More Day” remind us of the
grace and hope found in each new dawn. Use us as instruments of peace,
faith, and good works. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
