Devotion
I begin this day with praise in my soul and on my lips. No matter what we face, let us commit daily to continuous praise and worship of God, because God is always good and truly worthy of honor, in Jesus’ name! Praising God in both trials and joys is an act of trust, it means we believe God to be our protector, our deliverer, and the keeper of our souls. We lift our voices, not only when the sun is shining, but even when clouds gather, knowing God has promised never to leave or forsake us. Beloved, you are invited today (and every day) to live as a testimony of God’s deliverance, redemption, and abiding presence. May we open our hearts and hands to the Holy Spirit’s power and guidance. Amen. 

Reflection
When David wrote these words, he was not sitting in comfort, he was in hiding, running from danger. Yet his first instinct was praise. Can we learn to praise like that? Praise that isn’t dependent on feelings, possessions, or circumstances, but anchored in God’s faithfulness?  Every breath we take is another reason to praise. Every deliverance, both seen and unseen, is another reason to give thanks. As we place trust in God, our praise becomes a weapon, silencing doubt, breaking chains of fear, and filling our spirits with peace.

Call to Action
🔑Begin today with three spoken praises to God, out loud.
🔑Share a testimony of what God has delivered you from with someone.
🔑Choose to bless the Lord at all times, make worship your daily response.

 Pray
Holy God, today we commit our hearts to constant praise. Not because life is always easy, but because You are always faithful. We trust You as our protector and deliverer. Fill us again with Your Spirit and guide us in every thought, word, and step. May our testimonies of Your goodness draw others closer to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
