“My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad.”
Psalm 34:2

Devotion
Today, as I prepare for worship in community, I invite you into prayer, devotion, and worship. Spend intentional time with God—lifting your heart in praise and exalting God’s holy name. In God’s presence, we find deliverance, provision, and solace. God’s faithfulness is unwavering, and His goodness is always present to sustain us. Through trust, we can rest in the assurance that God not only hears our prayers but responds in love, guidance, and deliverance through the Holy Spirit.

Reflection
Where do you find yourself needing God’s deliverance today? Is it in the form of provision, peace, strength, or comfort? Psalm 34 reminds us that our boasting, our confidence, and our joy are not in ourselves but in the Lord. When we shift our gaze from our circumstances to God’s presence, our souls find gladness, and humility teaches us to depend on His power. True peace comes when we acknowledge that God is faithful, attentive, and always listening to His children.

Call to Action

🕊️Invite: Ask the Holy Spirit to guide your steps.
🕊️Share a word with someone today, testifying to God’s faithfulness in your life.

Pray
Gracious and Faithful God,  On this Sabbath day, I pause to honor You with my heart, mind, and soul. Thank You for being a God who listens, who hears, and who responds with deliverance and grace. Teach me to trust You more deeply, to boast only in You, and to remain humble and glad in Your presence. Guide my steps through the power of the Holy Spirit, and let my worship bring You glory.
In Jesus’ name.  Amen.
