Scripture: “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14 ESV

On this sacred day, my devotion centers on the heart of Christmas: the Word becoming flesh to dwell among us (John 1:14 ESV). In the stillness of this morning, I am reminded of God’s grace and truth revealed through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is the light of the world and the reason for our joy.

Today’s devotional song, “Go Tell It On The Mountain” by the incomparable Mahalia Jackson, echoes the calling to share the Good News boldly and joyfully.

This journey of faith continues, and with it, the hope and peace that Christ brings to our hearts and homes. May this Christmas inspire you to embrace His glory and grace, and to share His love with others.
