Devotion
Today I am humbled as I reflect on this beautiful truth: God saves us not by our good deeds, but by God’s mercy and LOVE, freely given through Jesus Christ. By grace, we are justified and offered a new identity in Christ—one that leads us into a life of purpose and meaning. Advent is a sacred season of remembering that through Jesus Christ we are given a new nature and the power to make a positive difference every day. God actively renews our hearts in Jesus and our minds through the Holy Spirit, giving us new spiritual life. God’s divine LOVE is a constant source of grace and mercy.

Reflection
Advent reminds us of Jesus’ birth—the JOY that came to earth to dwell among us, full of compassion, transforming hearts, removing sin’s power, and leading us on a path of HOPE, PEACE, JOY, and LOVE. God’s LOVE saves and renews usAs we approach Christmas, let LOVE take root deeply within you. Remember, LOVE is not just a feeling, it is an action inspired by grace. God’s love restores what’s broken, renews what’s weary, and strengthens what’s weak. How can you reflect that same love in your community today?

Call to Action
💝Show the LOVE of God to someone in need.
💝Offer kindness through your words and actions.
💝Extend compassion without expecting anything in return.
💝Allow the Holy Spirit to renew your heart in this Advent season.

Pray
Gracious God, thank You for Your mercy and unfailing LOVE revealed through Jesus Christ. Thank You for saving me, not because of anything I have done, but because of who You are—loving, kind, and full of grace. Renew my heart and mind by Your Spirit, that I may live as an instrument of Your LOVE each day. Help me to share Your compassion freely with others during this Advent season and beyond. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
