Let Everything Praise the Lord

“Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens!
Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!”
Psalm 150:1–2 ESV

Devotion
On this last Sunday of the year 2025, I praise God in Jesus’ name—celebrating God’s greatness, power, and salvation through Jesus Christ. Even amidst struggles, my soul cries out, “Praise the Lord!” (Hallelujah). This is an open invitation for all humanity to step into the Joy of the Lord. Joy is not just a feeling; it is a strength that comes from knowing God is with us. Even after Christmas, JOY through praise and thanksgiving continues to sustain us. As the year draws to a close, let praise rise—not because everything was easy, but because God has been faithful.

Reflection
Take time to reflect on moments of joy throughout this year—big and small. Choose gratitude today. Let praise become your posture and thanksgiving your testimony, sharing joy through encouragement with others.

Pray
Gracious God, on this final Sunday of the year, we lift our hearts in praise. Thank You for Your greatness, Your power, and Your salvation through Jesus Christ. Teach us to live with joyful strength rooted in Your presence. May our praise rise beyond seasons and circumstances, and may gratitude guide our steps into the days ahead. Let everything within us, and all creation, praise Your holy name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
