“Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!”  Chronicles 16:34 ESV

Today, as we step into a new week, we are reminded of the unshakable, steadfast love of God.  The scripture reminds us that God’s love is not fleeting or conditional, it is eternal, unwavering, and powerful enough to lift us out of any struggle, sorrow, or uncertainty. No matter what today brings, God’s love is our anchor. God’s grace is our covering. God’s peace is our portion. With a thankful heart, we move forward, trusting that God’s love will sustain and uplift us every moment.  As the lyrics of the song “Love Lifted Me” by Jehovah Shalom Acapella declare, when nothing else could help, His love lifted us! There is no situation too deep, no heartache too strong, and no burden too great that His love cannot carry us through.  So often, Mondays feel heavy, carrying the weight of expectations, responsibilities, and unfinished tasks. But today, let us choose to enter this day with gratitude, knowing that God’s love is the source of our strength. God’s love elevates our spirits and empowers us to move forward with faith and confidence.
