As we step into the second day of this new year, my heart is filled with gratitude and reflection on the steadfast power of an anchored soul. Life’s waves may rise and storms may rage, but when my soul is anchored in the Lord, I find peace, hope, and strength to press on.

Today’s inspiration comes from the timeless song, “My Soul Has Been Anchored” by Douglas Miller (Stan Torain). Its lyrics echo the unshakable hope that comes from trusting in God’s promises.  As we journey through 2025, may we hold fast to this truth: Jesus, our High Priest and forerunner, has secured a hope that never fails. With Him as our anchor, we are unmovable and unshaken, no matter what lies ahead.

Let this year be one where we anchor our souls deeply in Christ, trusting Him daily, and walking boldly in the assurance of His faithfulness. Be encouraged—your soul is anchored in hope eternal!  Blessings and hope to you as we embrace the promises of this new year!
