Happy Tuesday!
“True Independence In Christ”

Scripture:  “Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?
Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God. ”
Psalm 42:11 ESV

Welcome to a brand-new month, friends! On this first day of July, I joyfully claim Jesus as the source of true joy, a joy that surpasses even life itself.  Nations will fail us.
Leaders will fail us. Strangers, even family and friends, may fail us.  But God never fails!  As our nation prepares to celebrate **freedom**, let us, as believers, celebrate the truest independence, the freedom found in Jesus Christ and the daily guidance of the Holy Spirit.  Through God’s love, grace, and mercy, we are: Redeemed, Cleansed from sin, and Made whole through Christ.  If your soul feels weary or your heart heavy today, let this be your reminder:  Hope in God. Christ will return. Freedom is yours in Christ. Rejoice. Reach out. And remember:   Freedom is yours in Christ!

Call to Action:
✅ Recommit your heart to Christ
✅ Invite the Holy Spirit to guide you daily
✅ Share the love of Jesus with someone today
✅ Praise God, again and again!

Prayer:
Gracious and Faithful God, On this first day of a new month, we turn our eyes to You. Thank You for being our unshakable joy, our unwavering freedom, and our everlasting hope. Help us to rest in the truth of Your promises. Cleanse our hearts, renew our minds, and fill our souls with the peace that only comes from Christ. May we walk in the freedom of Your grace and the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name we pray,  Amen.
