Wondrous Wednesday Devotion
“The Healing Power of God”

Scripture:  “If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.  Exodus 15:26 ESV

Happy Wondrous Wednesday, beloved!  Today, my heart is reflecting deeply on “God is our Healer.   I am awed and humbled by the healing power of God, not just the kind that touches our physical bodies, but the kind that reaches the unseen places: our wounded spirits, our weary hearts, and our troubled minds. Through Christ and the Holy Spirit, God brings healing that restores our whole being.  God’s healing is not random; it’s relational. The Lord desires that we walk with God, in obedience, and in love. As we open ourselves to God’s presence, we find that healing flows from relationship and reverence. And once we’ve experienced that healing, we are commissioned to become vessels of healing for others through compassion, prayer, love, and faith.  Take a few moments today to listen, reflect, and let the healing lyrics wash over your spirit. Where do you need God’s healing today—physically, emotionally, spiritually, or relationally.  Have you asked the Holy Spirit to guide you into deeper trust and obedience?  Who in your life might need a touch of God’s healing through your words or presence?  Healing is not just for us, it’s through us. We are called to carry God’s healing presence into a hurting world. Be a carrier of God’s healing love today.

Call to Action:
Today, ask God to heal you in any place where you feel broken or burdened. Then, reach out to someone else, offer prayer, speak encouragement, or simply listen with compassion. Let the healing you’ve received be shared.
