Happy Thursday!
“What An Awesome God”

Scripture:
“For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is not partial and takes no bribe.”  Deuteronomy 10:17 ESV

Devotion:
Today I reflect on how “awesome” God is, as I am inspired with a sense of awe and wonder at the majesty and power of God. The wonders of creation, like majestic sunlit mountains, remind us of the greatness of the One who made them. Let us shift our focus to God who is in control, who is worthy of all praise, and whose love endures forever. God is truly awe-inspiring, in Jesus’ name. Guide us, Holy Spirit.

Reflection:
It’s easy to become distracted by life’s busyness and challenges, losing sight of God’s greatness. Yet, every day holds reminders of God’s unmatched power and enduring devotion.  Let us take time to marvel at God’s majesty, trusting in His sovereignty and unwavering justice.

Call to Action:
🌄Worship:  Let the song “What An Awesome God” lead you into heartfelt praise.
🌄Reflect: Write down one moment in your life when you experienced God’s greatness.
🌄Share: Invite someone to pray and reflect with you today.

Pray:
Awesome God, today we pause in reverence and delight as we consider your greatness and unfailing love. Help us to see your glory all around us and to trust that you are in control. Guide us by your Holy Spirit to respond with gratitude, worship, and awe. May our lives echo your wonder and inspire others to praise you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
