Mindful Meditative Monday

Scripture:  “Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!”  Psalm 95:6 ESV

As the sun rises on a brand-new week, I am slipping into quiet meditation, kneeling before our Maker and trusting God to lift me higher than my strength ever could.  There’s something powerful and peaceful about starting the week in stillness, acknowledging our deep need for God. When we bow down in humility, God’s empowering love raises us up in hope and purpose. In our stillness, God works. In our surrender, God lifts. And in our worship, we are made whole. Let this Monday be marked not by frantic energy but by mindful presence. Allow your soul to settle into God’s rhythm. Let your posture of worship become the power source for your week ahead.
