Sacred Sabbath Sunday
“No Room for Fear”

You shall not fear them, for it is the Lord your God who fights for you.
Deuteronomy 3:22 ESV

Today, as fear threatens to grip the world around us, I’m choosing to begin this Sacred Sabbath Sunday resting in the presence of the Lord. There is peace in the pause. There is power in stillness in the presence of God. The Spirit of the Lord is here, right where we are, and fear has no place in God’s presence. This is holy ground. And on this ground, I surrender fear, anxiety, and doubt. I welcome God’s guidance to lead me in faith, to speak life, and to act with bold trust.  In these uncertain times, it’s easy to let fear rule our minds and choices. But Scripture reminds us that God, not fear, is the One who fights our battles. This verse is a bold declaration of trust. God doesn’t just send us out; God goes before us. What fear have I allowed to take up residence in my spirit?  In what area of my life do I need to trust that God is fighting for me? How can I rest in the sacred assurance of God’s presence today?  Let this be a Sabbath of *release and renewal.* Let God’s Spirit remind you that you are not alone and that fear has no power where God dwells.

Call to Action:
✅Start your day with prayer – Speak God’s Word over your life. Say aloud, *“God fights for me!
✅Encourage someone else –  Share Deuteronomy 3:22 with someone who may be battling fear today.
✅Worship intentionally – Let the song of the day play while you reflect on how far God has brought you.
✅Declare victory – Post a word of testimony or a Scripture that reminds you to trust

Prayer
Lord, guide me. Guide all of us.  Move our hearts to act as Your righteous servants so we walk by faith, not fear, today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
