Scripture: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” — Psalm 32:8 (ESV)

As we journey through Lent, today we pause to reflect on God’s divine guidance. Life is filled with choices, and in our human frailty, we often struggle to discern the right path. But Psalm 32:8 reminds us that we are never alone in our decision-making. God, our loving Father, promises not only to instruct us but to keep s God’s watchful eye on us.  How often do we quiet our hearts enough to truly listen? The world is noisy, filled with distractions and competing voices. Yet, God’s voice is ever present, calling us to align our steps with God’s wisdom. Today’s song of inspiration “Song of Inspiration: He Leadeth Me” by Rosemary Siemens, helps me to  meditate and reflect with a listening ear and an open spirit.  My prayer is that we are moved to become vessels for God’s inspired acts of justice standing for truth, showing mercy, and loving our neighbors as Christ commanded. Today, let us pray for ears that hear, a spirit that discerns, and a heart willing to act. May we trust in the One who leads us perfectly, knowing that God’s  ways are higher than ours.

Prayer:
Gracious God, I come before You with a heart eager to hear Your voice. In a world that pulls me in many directions, teach me to seek Your guidance above all else. Help me to trust that You are leading me, and give me the courage to follow where You call. May my actions reflect Your justice, mercy, and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
