Song of Preparation and Praise
Sunday Devotional Reflection
**Happy First Sunday in May
May 5, 2025
Scripture: “Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began.” 2 Timothy 1:9 ESV
As Resurrection People, today’s reflection stirs a powerful truth within me: **God’s power and provision are everlasting in Christ.** This isn’t just a seasonal celebration—it is a continual promise. We live, serve, and hope through the risen Savior whose call on our lives is grounded not in our worthiness, but in His purpose and grace. Today, I stand firm on the truth that God’s calling is eternal and His grace is unshakable. As I worship, I do so in gratitude, knowing that my identity and purpose are securely rooted in Christ. Let us live out this resurrection truth boldly and joyfully. What does it mean to you to be “called to a holy calling” by God’s grace? Let’s walk this journey together—faithfully, boldly, and full of resurrection hope.
The Journey continues…
Blessings and Peace,
