“Built by God”

Scripture:  “For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.”  Hebrews 3:4 ESV

Today, I found myself asking: What are the building blocks of my life and my faith? Am I constructing on a firm foundation, or am I stacking bricks of worry, fear, or pride? The resurrection of Jesus reminds us that God is actively building something beautiful in and through us. The empty tomb is not just a sign of victory over death, but also a cornerstone for a new life—a life that reflects God’s glory.  As Resurrection People, we are reminded that the foundation of our lives is not built by our strength alone. God is the Master Builder, the One who not only lays the groundwork but also carefully places each beam and brick with divine intention. Let today’s song be your prayer and your praise today—a declaration of surrender to the Builder of all things. So I pray today: Guide me, Lord. Use my gifts, my time, and my story to further Your kin-dom on earth. Thank You for building and blessing me—even when I don’t see the full picture. Help me to trust Your process, knowing that Your blueprint is always perfect. Let God do the building. All we need to do is trust, obey, and stay rooted in Christ.
