Thankful for Thursday!

Scripture:  “The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.” Psalm 28:7 ESV

Today, I pause with a grateful heart to honor a sacred milestone—my confirmation, 57 years ago. As a young believer, I stood with courage and joy to declare my faith. I   learned the Apostles’ Creed and, with the guidance of loving mentors, I wrote my own personal belief statement, truths that still shape and guide my walk with Christ today.  Whether your faith journey is just beginning or has stretched across decades, may your heart be strengthened today by the truth of what *you* believe. God is still our strength. God is still our shield. And God is always worthy of our trust and thanksgiving.
