Song Of The Day

November 4, 2025
Happy Tuesday!

Scripture
“Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 ESV

Devotion
Today, my heart is reflecting on gratitude, a core teaching of Jesus and a beautiful reminder of God’s call for us to “give thanks in all things.” Gratitude isn’t just a fleeting feeling; it’s a spiritual discipline that anchors us in God’s peace even when life feels difficult or circumstances seem unfair. When things feel off, let’s pause and choose gratitude anyway. It’s in those moments that our faith grows the deepest and our hearts align with God’s perfect will.  Take a few moments today to thank God for three things that may not be perfect—but still reveal His grace. Each expression of gratitude becomes a seed of peace and joy in your spirit.

 Reflection
Gratitude changes our perspective. It opens our eyes to the quiet blessings that often go unnoticed, the breath in our lungs, the love of others, and the presence of God that never leaves. When we practice gratitude in all circumstances, we are not denying our pain or challenges; we are declaring that God is still good, still faithful, and still working all things together for our good. Gratitude turns trials into testimonies and shifts our focus from what’s missing to what’s meaningful.

Call To Action
🍁Write down three things
you are thankful for today, even if they are imperfect.
🍁Share one of those blessings to encourage someone else.
🍁Pray to remain grateful in every season, through joy, waiting, and hardship.
🍁Play today’s Song of the Day and let it remind you to stay “grateful in all things.”

Pray
Merciful God, thank You for the gift of gratitude. Even in moments that challenge us, Your grace is present and Your peace is near. Teach us to rejoice always, to pray continually, and to give thanks in all things. May our hearts overflow with appreciation for both the blessings we see and the ones You are still preparing. Help us to walk in gratitude that glorifies You and uplifts others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
