SCRIPTURE
“You are my God, and I will give thanks to you; you are my God; I will extol you.
Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!”
Psalm 118:28–29 ESV

DEVOTION
Today, I am reflecting on the journey of faith, a daily, intentional commitment to walk with God step by step through both the joys and the challenges of life. Each new day asks us a simple but profound question: Will we allow God to guide our steps today?  As we grow spiritually, we learn to surrender what is not of God and boldly step into our God-given divine power through Jesus Christ. When we make room for God’s presence, transformation begins. And as we follow Christ, we are strengthened, renewed, and empowered to walk in purpose.

REFLECTION
Faith is not a one-time choice — it is a daily journey. Every sunrise offers us a fresh opportunity to say, “Lord, lead me today.” Some days that step of faith feels strong; other days it may feel uncertain. But when we surrender the parts of ourselves that are not aligned with God’s will, we make room for courage, clarity, and divine strength.  Today, let your steps reflect trust. Let your heart lean into God’s presence. And let gratitude anchor you as you walk this sacred journey.

CALL TO ACTION
☀️Spend 5–10 intentional minutes in God’s presence today.
☀️Identify one thing you need to release that is not of God.
☀️Name a step of faith you feel God inviting you to take.
☀️Thank God out loud for His steadfast love that guides your journey.

PRAY
Holy God, thank You for walking with me step by step. Help me surrender what is not of You and embrace the path You have set before me. Strengthen my faith today and guide my feet in Your truth. May Your steadfast love lead me into divine purpose, boldness, and peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
