Devotion
Happy Thursday Blessings! November 20, 2025. Today is a day to praise God for breakthroughs, both seen and unseen. Even in seasons of struggle or waiting, praise is not a filler activity—it is a spiritual strategy that prepares the way for God’s intervention. When you choose worship over worry, you stand in an active, joyful faith that invites the Holy Spirit to move in your life. Persistent praise creates space for the miraculous, shifts your focus from pressure to promise, and leads you into blessings and peace.
Reflection
Praising God in advance is an act of bold trust that declares, “God is faithful, even before I see the outcome.” It shifts the heart from anxiety to assurance, from focusing on the problem to magnifying the One who can do “far more abundantly than all that we ask or think.” Praise often precedes visible breakthrough, silencing the enemy’s voice and strengthening the believer’s spirit in the process. When you praise in the waiting, you align with heaven’s perspective: God’s power is already at work in you, and God’s glory will be revealed in and through your life.

“Lord, today I thank You for breakthroughs, both the ones I can see and the ones You are working out behind the scenes. You are able to do far more abundantly than all I ask or think, and Your power is at work within me even when I feel weak or unsure. Teach me to choose worship over worry and praise over pressure, trusting that as I lift You up, You are moving in my life and silencing every opposing voice. Be glorified in me, in Your church, and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, and let my life be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
