Devotion
Today, I’m reflecting and giving heartfelt thanks for all the prayers that I know are being lifted, those whispered by friends, family, and even those unknown to me. God hears every prayer, those of joy and those of concern. Christ has promised that we will never be without comfort or hope. We are never alone, for our struggles and joys are met with divine love through the power of intercessory prayer.  There is power in prayer! Whether spoken aloud, written in silence, or felt deep within the heart, every prayer matters. Take a moment to pray for someone else today. It might be a friend, a stranger, or even someone you’ve struggled with. Then, thank God for those who are praying for you, seen and unseen. Let’s lift one another in prayer and walk in the comfort of Christ’s promise together.

Reflection
Prayer connects hearts across time and space. It is the spiritual bridge that unites us in Christ’s love and compassion. Even when we cannot see or hear those who are praying for us, God moves through those prayers to bring strength, healing, and hope. Today’s scripture reminds us of Jesus’ promise, He will not leave us comfortless. Every prayer uttered on behalf of another carries the weight of divine comfort and the warmth of heavenly companionship.  Remember, the prayers you offer for others today may be the very encouragement someone needs to keep going. And the prayers lifted for you may be the unseen shield protecting you in your time of need.

Call to Action
🙏🏽Pray for someone today, by name or for someone unknown who needs God’s touch.
🙏🏽Thank God for the people who pray for you—known or unknown.
🙏🏽Encourage a friend or family member by praying for them.
🙏🏽Rest in Christ’s promise that you are never alone and always covered in love.

Pray
Gracious God, thank You for the gift of prayer and for those who lift us before You, Lord. Thank You for hearing every word spoken in faith and every silent cry of the heart. Remind me today to intercede for others, to be a vessel of Your love and comfort. Strengthen our hearts through the power of prayer and draw us closer to You and to one another in Jesus’  name. Amen.
