“God Sees and Cares”

Scripture
“I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.  They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.  Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.”  John 17:15-17 ESV

Devotion
Beloved friends,  God cares for you. God cares for me. God begins with us right where we are and lovingly elevates us. Jesus’ prayer in John 17 reminds us that though we live in this world, we are set apart for a higher calling. Our Lord is not only looking out for us but also seeking us, so that we may live into our best mind, body, and spirit through the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Reflection
When we affirm our relationship with God through Jesus Christ, we experience spiritual transformation and embrace a newfound sense of purpose. Even in a world filled with distractions and temptations, God’s truth remains our anchor. His word shapes us, protects us, and leads us into the fullness of life He desires for us.  Give thanks today for the God who sees, cares, and provides exactly what we need.

🕯️Reflect on an area of your life and ask God for transformation.
🕯️Live in truth, shining God’s light in your family, workplace, and community.

Prayer
Gracious God, thank You for caring for me and meeting me right where I am. Thank You for Your Word that is truth and for Jesus’ prayer that I may be kept from the evil one. Sanctify me in Your truth and guide me by the Holy Spirit. Elevate my thoughts, my actions, and my spirit so that I may live faithfully in You. Help me embrace spiritual transformation and walk daily in Your purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
