Devotion
I invite you to reflect with me on the compassion of God. Through Jesus Christ, we experience God’s loving forgiveness, the healing of the sick, and the hope of salvation. This same God calls us to live with compassion in action, extending grace, peace, and mercy to a world deeply in need.  Let us be models of God’s boundless mercy, voices of hope, and vessels of healing, especially for those who suffer or face injustice. Together, may we mirror Christ’s love and bring His light wherever we go. Will you join me today in living compassionately, forgiving freely, and walking in love as Christ has shown us?

Reflection
The compassion of God is not passive; it is living and active. Jesus Christ embodied this compassion by forgiving sinners, healing the broken, and offering eternal hope to all. As followers of Christ, we are called to walk in this same love, reflecting Jesus’ kindness in how we treat others. Compassion requires us to see beyond ourselves and step into the needs of others with mercy, grace, and forgiveness.  Each act of compassion becomes a testimony of God’s love, shining light into dark places and bringing peace to hurting hearts. When we forgive freely and love deeply, we reflect the heart of God and make God’s presence known in the world.

Call to Action
🕊️Extend forgiveness to someone today, just as God in Christ has forgiven you.
🕊️Show kindness through an act of compassion, a phone call, prayer, or helping.
🕊️Be a voice of hope and encouragement to someone facing hardship.
🕊️Reflect daily on how your life can mirror Christ’s love to others.

Pray
Gracious and Compassionate God, thank you for showing us boundless mercy through Jesus Christ. Forgive us when we withhold compassion from others and strengthen us to live as reflections of Your love. Help us to forgive freely, walk tenderheartedly, and extend grace and kindness to all we meet. May our words and actions bring healing and hope to a world in need. Use us today as vessels of Your mercy, voices of peace, and lights of compassion. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
