Scripture: “And my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked on the humble estate of his servant. For behold, from now on all generations will call me blessed.”  Luke 1:47-48 ESV

In today’s scripture, Mary rejoiced in the goodness of God.  We too can find joy in God’s faithfulness and look for the ways God blesses us abundantly. Let us walk into this day with rejoicing hearts, knowing our Savior has a plan for us.  The inspirational song of the day, “My Jesus My Saviour” features winter scenes, shared by David Medepalli on YouTube, is a beautiful rendition by Michael W. Smith looks so much like the melting snow outside my kitchen window and I am awed by the presence of God in these moments. I pause to reflect on how quickly time moves. One month ago, we celebrated Christmas, the birth of our Savior. Now, we are 25 days into 2025 and I recognizethat each day  is a gift. With a heart of gratitude, I claim Jesus as my Savior, offering praise and thanksgiving for His unending love and mercy.
