“Holy Forever”

Scripture: “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”  Revelation 4:11 ESV

After Friday’s storms, we pause today in prayer, lifting those grieving, cleaning up, or seeking help. May God’s peace and strength surround each one  . As Resurrection People, we are reminded that God is present in the sunshine and the storm. In every circumstance, our Holy and Faithful God is worthy of worship. Let this Sunday be a sacred pause, a time to reflect, worship, and give glory to the One who created all things.  Let this powerful scripture and worship song draw you into a moment of awe and reverence. Our God is holy forever and always.  In the wake of difficulty, worship reminds us who God is. We don’t worship because everything is perfect. We worship because God is perfect, unchanging, faithful, and holy. Take time today to rest in that truth. Lift your heart in praise, even as you pray for those still recovering. God is with us and worthy of our worship.
