Wednesday Blessings, Grace, and Peace!

“May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.”
2 Thessalonians 3:5 ESV

Devotion
Today, I give profound thanks for God’s goodness, which shows up when I need God most and steps back when it is time for me to grow. I really love the Lord! God is my strength, my shield, my help, and my compass. May we each find a moment today to express both our love for God and our love from God, in Jesus’ name. Let us invite the leading of the Holy Spirit into this day and walk in steadfast faith.

Reflection
Life is full of moments when we need God’s nearness and other moments when He lovingly allows space for us to mature. Both are gifts of grace. His presence is not only a comfort but a compass, guiding us into truth and giving us strength for the journey. When we recognize Him as our shield and help, we learn to trust His timing and direction. Today is an invitation to rest in His steadfast love and to faithfully invite the Holy Spirit’s leading into all that we do.

Call to Action
❤️Say out loud, “I really love the Lord,” and let it settle in your heart.
❤️Write down one way God has shown up for you recently as a reminder
❤️Ask the Holy Spirit to guide your words, steps, and decisions throughout the day.
❤️Share God’s love with someone with a kind word, prayer, or encouragement.

Pray
Gracious Lord,
I thank You for showing up when I need You most and for stepping back when I need to grow. You are my strength, my shield, my help, and my compass. Direct my heart today toward Your love and Christ’s steadfastness. Fill me with Your Spirit so that I may walk faithfully, love deeply, and reflect Your goodness to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
