Word For Today – Able
Scripture
“Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy.” Jude 1:24 ESV
Devotion – God Is Able
Today, I pause to reflect and trust that God is “Able.” This truth reminds me of God’s unlimited power. My ultimate hope, purpose, resilience, and perseverance all flow from the power of God, through Jesus Christ. Through the finished work of Jesus, we are made “Able” justified and covered by divine favor, standing blameless before God. As I step into this new day, I am reminded that I do not walk alone or in my own strength. God is “Able” to sustain me, to guide me, and to keep me from falling. Even when life feels uncertain, I can rest in the assurance that God’s ability far exceeds my limitations. The Holy Spirit leads me daily, strengthening my faith by anchoring me in truth.
Reflection
God is “Able” to bless beyond what I can imagine or anticipate, filling my life with joy, peace, and purpose. I choose to trust fully in God’s power today.Where in my life do I need to trust that God is Able? Am I relying on my own strength, or am I surrendering to God’s limitless power? Today is an opportunity to release doubt and embrace divine confidence in what God can do.
