“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2 ESV
Devotion – Transformed: Renewed by God’s Presence
Today, I reflect on what it truly means to live a “Transformed” life in Jesus’ name, inviting the guidance of the Holy Spirit into every part of my day. I thank God for the gift of a new day and the opportunity to walk a “Transformed” life. To live “Transformed” is to intentionally adopt values shaped by time spent in God’s presence through prayer, reflection, and devotion. Transformation is not simply outward change or temporary inspiration; it is the inward work of God renewing our hearts and minds through the power of the Holy Spirit. As we commit to living a “Transformed” life by adopting these daily practices, our thinking begins to change, our priorities shift, and our lives increasingly reflect God’s truth and purpose. Let us be intentional about spending time with God, allowing God to order our steps and direct our paths. In doing so, others will see evidence of a “Transformed” life, one that is guided, grounded, and growing in faith.
Reflection
Through Christ, transformation becomes a daily journey of surrender, renewal, and faithful living that points others toward the love and grace of God. What areas of my life need the renewing power of God today? How can I create intentional space for prayer, reflection, and devotion so that my life increasingly reflects Christ? A “Transformed” life begins not with striving, but with surrendering to God’s ongoing work within us.

☀️Identify one habit or mindset that needs transformation and surrender it to God.

Pray
Gracious and Loving God, thank You for the gift of this new day and for the opportunity to live a “Transformed” life in Jesus’ name. Renew my mind and shape my heart according to Your will. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, help me to adopt daily practices that draw me closer to You and reflect Your truth in my thoughts, words, and actions. Order my steps, guide my path, and allow others to see evidence of Your transforming work within me. May my life be guided, grounded, and growing in faith as I follow You each day. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
