Devotion – Power To Be A Witness
Today, I thank God for a new day and the Power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised that we would receive “Power” to be God’s witnesses. We do not have to depend on our own strength. Through the Holy Spirit, God gives us “Power” to do good work, stand firm against spiritual opposition, and speak about Jesus Christ with boldness and conviction. Our witness begins right where we are, in our homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. May our words and actions boldly demonstrate God’s love and point others to Jesus Christ.

Where is the Holy Spirit empowering me to be a bolder witness for Jesus Christ today?

Call to Action
☀️Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with “Power” for today.
☀️Look for one opportunity to share the love of Jesus through your words or actions.
☀️Stand firm in faith when you encounter opposition or discouragement.
☀️Begin your witness at home and extend God’s love into your community.
☀️Trust God’s “Power” not your own strength.

Pray
Almighty God, thank You for the gift of a new day and the Power of the Holy Spirit. Fill me afresh and strengthen me to live as a faithful witness for Jesus Christ. Give me courage to speak about Jesus with boldness, conviction, grace, and love. When I face spiritual opposition, help me stand firm and remember that Your Power is greater than anything I encounter. Let my words, actions, and attitude reflect Your love. Show me opportunities to serve and share the gospel, beginning in my home and community and extending wherever You lead me. Holy Spirit, guide me, empower me, and use my life to point others to Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
